Call for Rates from September Through Dec 2009: Call for Rates from September 2009 Through Dec. 31, 2009 Amenities: Shower, private large outside storage locker stocked with beach accessories - chairs, umbrellas, shovels / buckets, etc. for our guests to enjoy. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, walk-in closets and separate large bathroom. The master bath has whirlpool tub / jets and a separate shower, two sinks and large vanity. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the 3rd bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed. Queen sofa in living room. Condo is 1400 sq. ft. The second bath has a standard tub with sliding glass doors. The upscale kitchen is equipped with a smooth-top range, built in microwave, refrigerator with ice and filtered water dispensers in door, recessed lighting, and is fully stocked with all the necessities, such as dishes, flatware, pots and pans, glasses, cups, etc. Cable TV VCR/DVD, 34' Cable TV in living room and cable TV DVD/VCR in Master. Free wireless internet access equipped.

All you need to bring are sheets, towels, paper goods and food! Activities: Golf and biking. Swimming in the Atlantic Ocean (only steps away) or the convenient pool reserved for condo guests. There are many excellent restaurants along Coastal Highway with Seacrets and Mackey’s within short walking distance. At the Inlet, you can sign up for sight-seeing boat tours along the Ocean City coastline. The Ocean City Boardwalk is only a short distance away, by bus ($2.00/person for an all day pass), rented bike, or car. There you'll find lots of shopping and eating establishments, Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum, two amusement parks with rides, and all the sand and surf you'll ever want; there are a multitude of mini-golf courses along Coastal Highway. Tax-free shopping is available only a few miles north in Delaware, and there are a multitude of outlet stores, as well, in Ocean City itself. W e rent Saturday-Saturday.

Check-in time is noon on Saturday; Check-out time is before 9:00 AM EST Saturday.

Great get away home!

My friends at I decided to rent at the last minute and it turned out to be great. It was quiet, only feet from the beach, clean. The owner was great! We can't wait to go back, I may even take my kids next time. Oh, and the little food place right through the driveways called On the Bay, there food is fantastic. The pictures do no justice for this rental property.

We recently had the pleasure of renting this condo and were very pleased and surprised at the cleanliness, spaciousness, and the extreme easy access of this condo to the beach. We would definitely recommend this condo and will definitely rent this again. The owner was gracious, straightforward and very easy to deal with. We are sure this property will make anyone's O.C. experience much better.

Extremely spacious, clean, and conveniently located. One of the best Ocean City experiences our family had. We rented at the last minute, but everything was perfect and the pool outside the balcony was just the cherry on top.

Amazing OC Place

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom condo that is very spacious. The building is well maintained, clean and quiet. Basically new – 4 years old. The Owner is very easy to work with and the location is perfect. Close enough to the boardwalk, but not in the craziness of downtown and walking distance to many restaurants and night-life. Beach and pool are great and we went back and forth many times each day. I would definitely recommend this to discerning guests that appreciate up-scale accommodations. This is a 4 story condo building with plenty of private parking. Easy to get in and out. We stayed at a high-rise years ago and check-in/out are a nightmare. The owner send you the keys in advance and provides a stamped / addressed envelope to mail them back after – what could be more simple! We look forward to returning again in 2009 for our 3rd year in a row.
