Key Colony Beach oceanside home located on 3rd Street on 100 foot wide canal. Direct access to Ocean and Gulf via Vaca Cut with 30 foot step down dock. 30 amp dockside electric, water, dock guards, cleats, bait table and bait freezer. Beautiful furnished and maintained. Tropical landscaped and fenced yard. Master bedroom has king size bed and a private full bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sofa bed and a sliding glass door that opens onto a backyard deck. Membership in Cabana Club which includes use of ocean front heated pool and Jacuzzi, ocean beach and snack/tiki bar.
