Sandcastle model w/upgrades, beautifully decorated home w/nautical interior. 5 BR, 3.5 BA + outside shower w/dressing area & light. Spacious living room w/cathedral ceilings, large flat screen TV w/Blue Ray DVD/VCR/CD player with surround sound. I-Pod dock station, 2 couches, one pull out, w/opening to a large tec deck w/furniture and ocean/bay view. Dining room and kitchen counter seating accommodates 12. Kitchen is fully stocked w/new pretty dishes/silverware/pots/pans, ice maker/micro, Brita water filter, coffee grinder, etc 2 Master BR each w/ queen bed, private bathroom and opening to deck. 2BR w /2 twins, 1 BR w/Queen bed. 4BR w/ cable tv Bonus room especially for kids or parents to escape for some fun outside of the 'normal' living area. We also have a separate (and 2nd) refrigerator on this level. The bonus room opens up to a newly fenced in private backyard area The new pavers make it quite a private haven to sit back on our patio bar set and enjoy yourself with cocktails for 'happy hour'.

  • Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday or weekends in the fall/winter/early spring
    Check-in is at 1:00 pm, Check-out is at 10:00 am.
    You need to provide your own sheets, towels, etc.
    You will receive the house in a very clean state. We ask for you to return it in the same manner. For your vacation convenience, we can arrange a local cleaning service to clean for you. What a great, easy and reasonably priced way to transition out of your vacation!

    There is a $500 security deposit fee. This is not included in the rental fee. Security deposit will be returned via mail within 2 weeks after check-out less any damaged or missing items.
