This recently renovated condominium has hardwood floors, new contemporary furniture in the living room and bedroom, bamboo dining room table, new bathroom fixtures, and has a large lanai outdoor deck on the first floor. It has a full view of the Pacific Ocean, and is on the ninth fairway of the Kona Country Club Golf Course. The swimming pool has gorgeous views of the ocean Our condominium is on the first level of a three-story building. It comfortably sleeps six, and has a master bedroom, with a private bathroom. This unit is fully equipped, has new appliances, granite countertops, and is recently decorated in a contemporary Hawaiian style. The unit is in excellent condition. The spacious L-shaped living room has a Murphy bed which pulls down for additional sleeping accommodations. The lanai is very spacious and is perfect for outdoor entertaining. The surrounding area of the condominium is a landscaping delight. High Speed Internet available.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The description was accurate in regards to the location and amenities, and the pictures were a true representation of the condo. The owners were easy to work with. We only used the master bedroom, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this property to a friend.
