Welcome to our Luxury 5 Bedroom 3.5 Bathroom villa on the beautiful Cumbrian Lakes community. The villa has its own Private heated pool and Spa which over looks a conservation area. Inside the villa has been furnished to a very high standard, the Master bedroom with its King Size bed and luxury en suite Bathroom also has its own balcony which overlooks the pool and conservation area. Two more bedrooms upstairs have a double bed and twin beds, these share there own bathroom. A children's area is also provided with a Playstation 2 and Hi-Speed Internet for your laptop computor Downstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and access to the pool area via a set of patio/sliding doors, cable TV is also provided in this bedroom, and the other downstairs bedroom contains twin beds. The living areas downstairs consist of a Family Room with a 50' cable TV, DVD player and music system, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, a formal living area and dining area.

Our family stayed at this villa in May/June 09. Ages ranged from 8 upto mature lady!! The accomodation suited us all, plenty of room for us to spread out, it was clean and well presented. The owners were very helpful and answered any questions before, during and after our stay promptly. Its location was excellent for parks, shops, airport etc. Cumbrian Lakes itself felt very secure and was well maintained. We all thoroughly enjoyed our florida holiday and would recommend this accomodation to our family and friends.

Fantastic place to stay, this villa !!! Relaxing pool with jacuzy, gamesroom, TV's, marvellous bedroom(s), etc...! All you need and all you want after an exciting day in Florida!!
Rent a car and all the parks, attractions, shops and malls are only a few minutes away !
Also the owners were a great help ! Thanks Andrew !
It was our first but certainly not the last time !

Fantastische plaats om te verblijven, deze villa ! Ontspannend zwembad met jacouzy, speelkamer, TV's, geweldige slaapkamer(s), enz... ! Al wat je verlangt en nodig hebt na een spannende dag in Florida !!
Huur een auto en al de attrakties, parken, winkels en supermarkten zijn maar enkele minuten ver !
Ook de eigenaars waren een grote hulp voor onze eerste keer naar de States !

Het was onze eerste maar zeker niet de laatste keer !

WOW! WOW! WOW! Another visit to Florida made special once again by staying in a beautiful villa. The location is fab and only 10mins from Disney. The jacuzzi is a welcome relaxation after a long day at the parks and the kids had a great time in the pool and games room.
"Thank you" "Thank You" Andrew & Jane for making our second visit just as special as the 1st time. We loved every second and will definitely be going back for a 3rd time.
