Great Apartment/Great Area, tastefully furnished (Non Smoking Loft Apt) w 2 sleeping areas in lower Manhattan (Tribeca). One sleeping area has 1 queen bed and in another sleeping area there is a bunk bed unit with 2 comfortable twin beds in it, one over the other. There is also an additional double sofa bed in living area. The bedroom areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid wall (ceilings are 12'6-in) and from living area by sliding fabric panels. Living/dining room, modern kitchen and bath, with new separate laundry in our private hall. This apartment can sleep 3 or 1 couple+2 kids.This well appointed loft apartment is on 2nd floor (no elevator), 800 sq ft with 12' 6-in ceilings, cable TV, washer/dryer and AC. Childrens only playground nearby, Tribeca is NY's most desirable downtown area, with many 4* restaurants surrounding, This NY landmark historic district, set among old cobblestone streets has been the backdrop for many Hollywood films. email for addtl apt options

Express subway/bus one block away. Taxis on corner. Grocery and health food shopping nearby. The neighborhood is very family friendly, along with many notable 4 star restaurants, lovely design/boutiques that make walking a great pastime here, along the picturesque cobblestone streets that are extremely safe at all hours. Two of my friends and I spent the weekend in NY and stayed at listing 316175, the place was great! We found the location on your website, and could not have been happier. We had plenty of room, and the apartment was very clean, warm, welcoming, and well-furnished. We had all of the creature comforts of home; it rained all the first day so having the washer and dryer to get everything clean was a huge bonus. There was ample room for all of us, and the beds were very comfortable. The landlord was very kind and helpful, and made sure we got the best experience possible. They provided advice, directions, and did everything possible to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
We also loved the neighborhood! A great area with many shops, restaurants that were all well above average, and plenty of nightlife. We loved the "vibe" of the area, and the people watching was fantastic. We felt very safe the entire time, and enjoyed walking the streets all over Manhattan. Subway service is conveniently located just down the block, and it was a quick taxi to Laguardia. We made it to Wall Street, Yankee Stadium, and Central Park all very quickly.
This is a great apartment and a steal compared to any hotel! Highly Recommended!
