The finca Torre de Son Rotger consists of two buildings, a casita and a historical tower. The Torre is located on a small elevation with a view of the Bay of Pollenca and the chain of hills south of the Alcudia, it is about 40 m from the Casita. The Torre connects to the west to a beautiful inner courtyard, which is equipped with a natural stone counter, a fountain, sunbathing area, shaded sitting corner and summer kitchen. The Torre itself is built onto three levels, a tight stone winding staircase connects the floors. On the ground floor you will find the dining room with an open kitchen bar. On the first upper floor you will find the bedroom with a shower bath/WC, on the 2nd top floor there is another bedroom. Bordering the inner courtyard is the Casita with two bedrooms, shower bath/WC, living room and large eat-in kitchen. Both houses have central heating. To the south a swimming pool (10 x 5 m) connects to the inner courtyard.

The finca Torre de Son Rotger is between the cities Pollenca and Alcudia, which can be reached in a few minutes by car (about 4 m to Pollenca, about 3 km to Alcudia). Pollenca is one of the most attractive regions on the island. It is a preferred destination for countless painters and artists. The landscape is rich in contrasts and the Serra de Tramuntana, a mountain chain with spectacular cliff walls and deep valleys, which often ends on lonely beaches and bays is located nearby. The region of Pollenca contains two more cities, the harbour city Port de Pollenca and the bay Cala Sant Vicenc, which is unique through its flair. The bay of Pollenca is the largest closed bay of Majorca, which connects to the famous Cap Formentor. On the other side you will find the lively Bay of Alcudia with the larger cities of Alcudia and Port d'Alcudia, which have all imaginable entertainment options.
