Conveniently located off I-10 and Elliot Road in Phoenix, this ground floor condo is just minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport. Bordering on Mesa, Tempe and Chandler, this is a perfect location to access all that the Valley and State have to offer. This is a great vacation spot for couples or families; sleeps four but can accommodate six for short stays. The split floor plan offers two Master bedrooms equipped with a queen size and double bed with a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Also quiet location works well for corporate travel. Located right near the I-10 and Elliot Road exit makes for easy connection to any place in the valley. A desk top computer with high-speed internet is provided as well as wireless access for connecting into the office.

During our spring season, enjoy games throughout the valley from Major League Baseball training camps. Harrahs Ak-Chin, Fort McDowell and Gila River Casinos are all within a half hour drive. Arizona Mills and Chandler Fashion Center Malls are within a five-mile radius. A short walking distance away you will find a grocery store, bank and casual dining.

Other great dining can be found within minutes; places such as Nello's (pizza), Z-Tejas (southwestern), Pei-Wei (Asian), Aunt Chilada's (Mexican), Rustler's Roost (western steakhouse), Flemming's (fine dining), to name just a few. This condo fit my needs perfectly. Easy to get to, right off freeway for easy access. Quiet grounds, nicely shaded with mature pines, one block walk to grocery store and strip mall with restaurants etc. Wilderness Park (not sure of name) with walking trails in the low mountains just 1 mile away. Couldn't have asked for more from the unit itself. Owner was very accommodating. Will bookmark this rental for future reservations.

A great stay for 3 months

My wife and I relocated to the Phoenix area over the summer for my job, and we needed a place to stay for 3 months while we looked to buy a house. This condo was just the ticket. It's well located near I-10 to get most everywhere in Phoenix, while still being tucked in to the Ahwatukee foothills, near South Mountain for hiking and beautiful views.

Although the apartment isn't "ultra high end" (no granite countertops) it is perfectly located close to the pool (great for an evening dip when its warm) and is well laid maintained/clean. All the cooking equipment you need is there, the beds are comfortable, and the patio with a grill is a nice touch. The owner was very responsive and has thought of the little touches, too, like paperback novels to read and a binder of information on the area.

We definitely recommend this condo.

The condo compares very favourably with the description on the internet. The apartment is well equipped clean and very comfortable. The condo is conveniently placed for excursions around Pheonix, and Arizona in general. There are numerous restaurants close by, and a supermarket is very close. There are several affordable golf courses in close proximity to the condo.

The owners provide a very friendly and good service, and are very obliging re advice and problem solving.

We were quite pleased with this condo. It was fully stocked in the kitchen, and it was clear that the owners take care of the place and keep it very clean. Easy access to South Mountain State Park was also a nice bonus.

Just what we needed

The condo is clean and in good repair. The location is convenient to downtown as well as the East Valley. It is comfortably furnished. It is on the first level which saves daily stair climbing. Having a washer and dryer is a real plus. The complex is gated and is safe with quiet neighbors. All the stores and restaurants you need are in close proximity.
