Only a few steps to either indoor or outdoor pools, fitness center and yacht harbor. Short walk to beach and light house. Lovely water views from unit and deck. Walking distance to downtown amenities, shops and restaurants. In addition, championship golf courses, Little River Casino and sport fishing just a few minutes away by car. This unit is impeccable in every detail and we welcome the 'Fussy' renters. Condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with oven/range, built-in microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge w/icemaker, coffeemaker, toaster, all cookware and utensils. Gas fireplace. Electronics include WIFI hi-speed internet, flat screen TVs, DVD player, stereo receiver, CD player and VCR . Queen bed and queen sleeper sofa. All towels and bed linens are included. Deck with gas grill. You will not be disappointed in your rental experience. Just pack your bathing suit!
