Misquamicut Beach Westerly Rhode Island Enjoy vacationing with family or friends, while enjoying your own privacy in your own unit. Home has 2 private living units 3 bedrooms each. Sleeps 6 persons to each floor comfortably, a/c on each floor for those muggy days. Completely furnished, including grills for out-door cooking. Completely re-furnished this year! All NEW SERTA MATTRESSES for comfort, DSL INTERNET/CABLE/Phone access. Walk to local restaurants, nightlife and beaches, all within a few minutes of home. ABSOLUTELY NO LOUD PARTIES AFTER 12. 2 unit - 6 bedroom home - short walk to beaches. Top unit: 3 large bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, 2 decks, cathedral ceilings. Bottom unit: 3 Large bedrooms, kitchen, living room, 1 full bath, extra showering room, patio. Rental check in: 3:00pm Check out: 10:00 am (We need time to clean and refresh the home in between rentals)

We LOVED this beach rental - the house was more than promised - super amenities, clean, well stocked, beautifully decorated and had everything you could possibly need (beach chairs, towels, spices, cooking supplies, toiletries, cribs, etc.), you can leave a lot at home if you stay here! We vacationed with three families here and the two separate units worked wonderfully. We had kids ranging in age from 18 months to 9 years old and the layout was perfect - house was well decorated but not hard to quickly childproof for the younger one(s) by moving a few things out of reach. Enough TV's - dvd's - vcr tapes to satisfy movie junkies w/ an excellent assortment for the kids to choose from. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away but an easy drive and it was crowded in early to mid-August when we were there. We would definitely return and loved our time spent in RI in this house.

Overall, this rental property was ggod.. Farther from the beach than we would of liked. But. it is a great rental for 2-3 families with young kids. Very spacious and all amenities were there to include towels, sheets, beach chairs, toys, dvd's for aults and kids. You name it, it was provided.

We loved this rental. It had everything you could possibly need for a relaxing beach house. I would recommend it to anyone interested in spending time by the RI coast.
