4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2200 sq ft home for rent on Secord Lake in Gladwin, MI. Not a typical cottage - was primary residence. With 75 feet of water frontage, you can enjoy boating, water sports and fishing. The house is located on a channel 3 lots in from the main lake. The channel is 30 feet deep and approximately 100 feet wide. The no-wake policy in this channel allows children to swim and paddleboat without worrying about high boat traffic. Nearby state land offers hunting, hiking and miles of motorcycle/ATV trails. Inside this fully furnished home the open floor plan offers plenty of space while remaining cozy. A large lakeside deck is perfect for relaxing and watching the many activities the water has to offer.
