Our holiday place consists in 1 exclusive apartment situated in the second floor of a building with three floors on top of them is the attic. The apartment is in an exclusive Urbanisation La Almijara II in Caleta de Velez. It can either be rented fro 2 up to 8 persons. All bedrooms have 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe. Living room has a sofa bed. The apartment has direct access by lift to the parking place in the garage which is included in the price.

The apartment is in the second floor of a three floors building on top of them is the attic. It has a fully equipped kitchen-dining room. The living room has two areas, the eating with table and chairs and the living area with two sofas and a sofa bed, TV cupboard and a small table. From the living area you can pass to the large terrace facing the gardens and further the paddle course. The view from here is to the golf course, the mountains and the sea. Patio table and chairs are provided. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms with a fitted wardrobe. There are 2 single beds in each bedroom. The apartment has direct access by lift to the parking place in the garage. This is very convenient when you bring your luggage or shopping bags. The urbanisation is equipped with Sky TV, receiving many channels.

The apartment is in the exclusive Urbanisation La Almijara II in Caleta de Velez. They have a magnificent view to the golf course, the Sierra Almijara Mountains and sea. Situated between 5th and 7th whole in the Baviera Golf Course (18 holes). At 5 minutes you also have the Yachting club of Caleta where you can find very sandy beaches and the biggest pedestrian place beside the beach in the Mediterranean. At 10 minutes by car is the regional hospital of the area. Nerja caves, Frigiliana, Competa villages are about 1/4 hour away from the urbanisation. In Malaga there are many protected parks in the mountains as Laguna de Fuentepiedra where you can do excursions too.
