  • July& August mini week Special Sunday-Friday $695 taxes cleaning fees and linen included
  • Collection Policy: 25% down payment is required if first rental date is longer than 30 days away. Balance is due at 30 days. For rentals arranged within 30 days of first rental date, full rent amount plus security deposit is due upon rental agreement signing.

    Length of stay: we prefer a 3 night minimum, but often consider 2 night scenarios

    Security Deposit: 25% of rent, returned after property has been inspected.

    Cancellation Policy: if you cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival date rent refunded.

    Payment Type: money order or electronic transactions through PayPal.

    Add $30 charge if you use our linens.

  • The Sunrise~Sunset House is our home away from home. Bedroom #4 is actually our upstairs 'great room'. Upstairs includes a queen size incredibly comfortable pullout bed, satlite Tv, a 2nd full bath and raised screened porch and deck off the dinning area...Very romantic...There's nothing like waking up to a spectacular Wenona Harbor sunrise and picture window view of the Bay. Bedrooms 1, 2 & 3 and full bath are downstairs. Br #1 has queen bed Br # 2 has satelite TV. & twin strundle bed. Br # 3 twin size bunk bed.

Notes: 'Gated Community' was the closest wording we could find to 'Private Community'. We are one of 15 homeowners in the private 'Manokin Trail' subdivision. Quiet & scenic! Harbor boat slips accommodate up to 40' boats and have electric. Average boat slip rent is$40/night. 'Barbecue' is closest wording we could find to our property 'fire pit'. We roast oysters, cook, relax etc from it.

You will be staying in a vibrant seafood industry harbor town. Home to 38 boat Captains...and, one of the last harbors in the world to dock commercial 'Skipjack' sailboats.

Great home and great place to relax. Bill and Patty were able to accommodate us on very short notice and the house was great. The house is very well kept and cozy. There was more than enough room and great views. The small town was quaint and had great fishing spots. I don't think we've ever had a vacation that was so relaxing fun. Thank you Bill & Patty for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I was writting to thank you again for letting us rent your house this past weekend. It is a beautiful house. My friends and I had a really good time. Deal Island is a relaxing place with plenty to do to keep you entertained but not overwhelmed. Your suggestions for things to do were very helpful.We would definately go back.

Hi Patty,
Thank you for being so prompt with the security deposit and for sharing your home with me and my family. My son is already asking to go back next year, but for a longer period of time. The bird watching was amazing out there. I saw osprey and an eagle which made my whole summer. Thanks again. I will be in touch in the future.

Hi Patty,The house was lovely. We are planning to have a house built soon , so we took good notes of the features.The kids enjoyed learning how to crab. Arby was invaluable and very helpful-tips for good places to crab softshells ect. The binder with local information was also helpful.We had a nice time exploring the Wildlife management area,looking at the osprey nests, herons,egrets and other critters. The kids loved the Salisbury Zoo. We were quite lucky with the weather. So all in all a good family vacation.
