You will find your apartment in the old town of Vecindario. You can reach every important point by feet. In 2 minutes you can reach a bakery, a supermarket and a 24- hour- supermarket, if you need something urgently at 11:00 pm. In our apartment you find all what you need in your holidays. It is furnished with a beautiful kitchen, digital TV, radio, internet with DSL, comfortable sofa and a private atmosphere. The terrace invites you to a sunny breakfast or in the night to have a wonderful cold Sangria. Moreover we have a store place for your sport equipment.

Beautiful, great holiday flat for 6 persons with 2 separated bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a double waterbed. To the apartment belongs a terrace for having breakfast or for taking a good glass of Spanish wine together at the evening. Well equipped kitchen, digital TV, radio and Internet, which you can use free of charge. We have storing place for sport tools.

* * * Wir waren sehr, sehr zufrieden mit Atico 1. Wir haben die zentrale Lage der Wohnung genossen, man ist mitten drin im spanischen Leben. Alle Geschäfte (Lebensmittel und 2 deutsche Bäckereien/Konditoreien) sind gleich um die Ecke und die Preise sind zivil. Wir haben von hier aus mit dem Auto Ausflüge ins Landesinnere unternommen und viel gesehen. Danke für die gute Zeit. Wir werden Euch gerne weiterempfehlen.

Ansprechend, praktisch, gut!

Wir kamen im April in den Genuss, vier Wochen im Atico 3 zu verbringen. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach absolut unseren Bedürfnissen. Von den 70-jährigen Großeltern bis hin zu den Eltern und der Enkelin haben sich alle sehr wohlgefühlt! Kay und Susanne sind ausgezeichnete Gastgeber - unaufdringlich, aber jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit.
Als strategisch ideal empfanden wir auch die Lage: Man tritt aus dem Haus und kann mitten in das kanrische Leben eintauchen, außerdem sind mit dem Auto alle Teile der Insel recht schnell zu erreichen.
Eines steht fest: Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Wenn man diese Wohnung mietet, sollte man körperlich fit sein und falls man sein Haustier dabei hat muß man es über eine abenteuerliche steile Sprossentreppe mit kleinem Geländer nach oben und auch nach unten tragen!!! Die Wohnung ist für ältere Personen, die körperliche Einschränkungen haben nicht geeignet. Ansonsten zentral gelegen und eine sehr schöne Wohnung.
Owner's Response: Ergänzend wäre noch hinzuzufügen, dass diese Treppe auch
für junge Leute nicht zu empfehlen ist, bei denen eine etwas steilere aber handelsübliche Treppe, durch eine Behinderung zum Abenteuer wird.
