Quaint lakefront cottage on Lake Erie. This home is located in the private resort community of Sand Beach and is perfect for a relaxing family vacation or a Lake Erie fishing adventure. This Cottage has a beautiful stone fireplace, flat screen TV with Cable, DVD and PlayStation II. A fully equipped kitchen, ready for home cooked meals. There are spectacular lake views from every room in the house. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with full beds, 1 Bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms with full beds and bunk beds in both rooms, 1/2 bath. Upstairs bedrooms have TV, cable, and DVD. A private, fenced-in park is located directly across from the cottage; the kids will love the swings, slides, basketball and more! A Beautiful deck overlooks Lake Erie, with stairs to the shore of the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating for those perfect summer nights. BBQ on the grill looking out at the lake, cook marshmallows in the outdoor fireplace or just take in the memorable Lake Erie sunsets.

My husband and I rented this cottage and invited all our grown children to join us. All 7 of us had a wonderful time. It felt like home as soon as we all walked in the door. It was well stocked with everything we needed, clean and welcoming. The sheets, towels and even the blankets smelled fresh. We spent some time away at Cedar Point, Marblehead Lighthouse, Put in Bay and a very nice spa called The Kenny House. And the rest of the time we just hung out at our cottage, grilling, swimming, playing games and laughing. We all had such a good time we hated to leave. Us girls will really miss the sound of the waves. It was so nice to sit on the deck and watch the sunset too. And the kids will never be too old for a playground (right across the street) with a basketball court too. Also took the bikes out for a ride around the area which is a very quiet clean community. We saw a sheriffs car patrolling the area ocasionally too which made us feel very safe. When I was shopping around for a summer cottage to rent, Stacy was the only one who called me at home and kept in contact with me to answer all my questions. All in all everyone had a wonderful vacation thanks in part to 'Sunny Disposition' and they're very caring owners

We rented this cottage for 3 nights and everything was exceptional. Everything was provided as far as cooking and sleeping comfortably. The HD LCD TV was a bonus as well as the patio that looks out on Lake Erie. All we had to do to see the wind and waves was look out the windows of the cottage. The owners even provided a boat slip for our use while were at the cottage that was located just a very short distance from the cottage. This renter knows how to take care of their customers. We were very impressed and everything exceeded our expectations. Book your next vacation at this outstanding destination. You won't be disappointed.
