New Two-Bedroom Luxury Villa is located in North Palmetto Point on Banks Road Eleuthera Bahamas. Villa is on the Water and Only Steps to The Beach! Spectacular view's of the Ocean and Sunrise. In the evening you can watch the Cruise Ships sail by in all there lighted glory. Set on hill the house is overlooking the Atlantic Ocean with a rear Deck overlooking a Lake in the rear of home that has abundant waterfowl. There is a Full Kitchen that will make the Gourmet Cook right at home. Split System A/C, Washer and Dryer, Iron and Board, All Linens, Dishwasher, Microwave, Ice maker, Blender, TV, DVD and VCR, CD Player, Games, Books, Beach Towels, Beach Chairs. Large Outdoor Decks with Lounge Chairs and Gas Grill provided for your use. There is a King Size Pillow Top Bed in Master Bedroom. Guest bedroom also has King Size bed that can be made into a 2 Twins if needed. Kayak and Bike rentals available

Villa is located on Banks Road in North Palmetto Point. The beach is just lovely and has great snorkeling. There is a quiet cove for children to swim and play in. House is on a lonely road with only a few homes nearby and the beach is hardly ever used so you will be the only people on the beach most of the time. A true romantic getaway! Internet and electric service may sometime be down due to island weather and other conditions beyond our control and will do all that we can to get service repaired or serviced. Water supply is all from rain water collected in our cisterns and not recommended for direct consumption due to possible conditions. WE suggest that all water be boiled to be on the safe side and to consume bottled water as we leave a 5 gallon water dispenser for your convenience. All island water in our area is water collected buy rains that fall so you consideration on being conservative on the amount of water used for daily needs would be appreciated. All our water in our home is filtered and treated for safe consumption and no need top fear consuming or using it for food or brushing of teeth, etc

Our wonderful stay at Palmetto Sunrise

We had the best two week vacation of our lives at palmetto Sunrise.
The house has everything you could ask for as the owenrs have gone the extar mile to furnish this house with nothing but the best.
Woderful views from the front Deck overlooking the Ocean.
There is alsoa rear deck that overlooks the lake that makes for the prefect setting for morning coffee.
We were also very happy to have internet at this home as we were able to stay in touch with home.
We highly recomend this home for a great stay.
I did not mention the beach and snorkeling but the snorkeling had to be the best we have ever experienced as the off shore reef is very close to the beach and the sea life was all around us from the moment we started our swim..
There is a nice swimming cove a short walk up the beach that is very private also.
We saw only one other couple on the beach our entire stay.
Palmetto Sunrise is also clsoe to the restraunats and shops but still remote and private on the beach road away from town

Great vacation at this wonderful home.
Tastefully decorated and house certainly shows owners "special touch".
Wonderful Ocean views with breathtaking sunrises.
Beach offers the best snorkeling we have had on our many trips to Eleuthera.
Sue the maid offered friendly service and was a big help with directions and tips.
We certainly will be back as we booked for next year already.
You will not be disappointed with a stay at this Villa for sure.

We stayed at this beautiful guest home the first week in August 2006. The home and surroundings far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully furnished with views to die for and on a very private road giving you the feeling you have the whole island to yourself. I couldn't recommend it more highly. We plan to go back again soon!
