The air-conditioned apartment is located upstairs on a family-friendly and modern apartment complex with lift, which is situated amidst very well tended, very large green space. The complex has a swimming pool with a sun bed and a wading pool for children. The apartment included a parking spot in underground-garage for one car, one parasol, and two deck chairs on the beach, from 01.06. - 15.09. In the living room with sat-TV is a sofa bed and a dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen included dining and cooking crockery. The double room with safe has French mattresses. The bath room has washing machine.

Notes to the rental rates

• ********Our offers for 2007: Booking until 15.12.2006 discount of 9% for staying 2 weeks, 7% for staying 1 week. Please contact us! Inquire directly with the owner about last minute prices! During the low season, should you wish, it is possible to arrive and depart on days other the Saturday.
  
• The price included gas, water, electricity, parking for the car, 2 sun beds and 1 sun umbrella on the beach between the last week in may or the first week in June until the 15.09.
  Weekly prices of additional service (available for a fee): heating € 45, air-conditioning € 50, crib for a child under the age of 3 € 25, final cleaning € 50. At the hand-over of keys, the tenant is required to pay a deposit of € 200. This will be returned upon departure, after inspection of apartment. Should any damages occur, these must be reported immediately to the agency by the guest. Arrival: The apartment is provided thoroughly clean, and can be entered at 4:00 pm t the earliest. Departure: the tenant may clean the apartment himself before departure, should he wish (wash dishes, remove garbage, sweep and mop the apartment), or he may order our final cleaning service for a fee.
  
• For organizational reasons, in order too assure our guests a quick and smooth departure, and as a courtesy to arriving tenants, we ask our tenants to observe the following rules: apartment inspection and repayment of the deposit takes place on the day of departure (Saturday) between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, only after the apartment has been completely emptied, and should the tenant have so desired, cleaned by himself. Should the apartment not be empty by 10:00 am, the tenant will be asked to leave immediately, and the cost of final cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.

Golf Information:

The new Jesolo Golf Club is about 4 km away. The course has 18 holes, as well as 3 additional fairways for beginners. It is suitable for tourists, but still gives one the feeling of a more difficult course. The many features which line the course, such as artificial lakes, make it a valuable training ground, even for the most experienced of players. It is perfectly suited for professional tournaments and championships. The topography of the stimulating playing grounds between holes, with their larges dunes, multifarious trees and plants, has been made possible by sandy soil. Thanks to the soil's perfect drainage, it is possible to play on this high quality course in all sorts of weather, and during the entire year.
