Sun City Grand is an “age privileged” (55+) community in Surprise, Arizona that offers an exciting resort living experience. This Sun City Grand 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished home is only 4 years old, approximately 1,200 Square Feet and looks brand new. The open great room design is spacious and complimented with 9’ ceilings. The floors are finished with light-colored ceramic tiles and area rugs. Granite counter tops throughout, flat screen TV and all rooms recently painted. The front and back yard are professionally landscaped with a Southwest design.
