Our privately owned, one level, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located directly on the Side Winder Golf Course, in Gold Canyon. Located in a private, gated community within the rolling foothills of the Superstition Mountains and neighboring Gold Canyon Golf and Resort, which is open to the public. Golfing: There are five 18-hole championship golf courses within Gold Canyon. Gold Canyon Golf Resort Mountain Course is open to the public.     Payment can be made through personal checks, money orders or credit cards (through Paypal Secure Website).

    Deposits
    A deposit of $300 for weekly rentals and $500 for monthly rentals is required at time of booking. Deposit is refunded after keys are returned and all checks out well, after your departure. We have an excellent record for rapid return of deposits.

    Cancellation & Return Policy
    $500 Cancellation fee will be kept if cancelled within 90 days of occupancy.

    Fees & Taxes
    No sales tax, no processing fees. However, there is a $75 cleaning fee.

    Nov. 4, 2005-Dec 31, 2005 $950/week or $2,500/month
    Jan. 1, 2006-April 29, 2006 $1,050/week or $2,900/month
    April 30, 2006-Nov. 4, 2006 $600/week or $1,900/month

We had great time at Mike & Tracy's house. Nothing was missing, quiet place & very nice location.
Very close to Sidewinder & Dinausore golf courses.

Pool & fitness center are very close and almost private. The mountains surrounding the area are amazing.

We will repeat the experience in coming years without a doubt.

We enjoyed our stay and it was hard to leave. This is a beautiful home with ample room. The neighborhood is friendly and very quiet. The views are awesome. The home was clean and well cared for. There were a couple of items that needed fixing which did not get done during our stay but they were minor inconveniences. Very relaxing. I would recommend this home to everyone without a doubt. I would not hesitate to come back for another month.

Had a great time at your beautiful home. It was a sad day when we had to leave. The views of the golf course and the superstitions were awesome!! We are already planning our return trip.

My husband and I stayed in your home during the first week in October. We found your home to be warm and inviting. The rooms are spacious and very beautiful.
