Fantastic and nearly-new condominium with contemporary decor, upgraded floors, tiled baths and attached garage. Located in resort-quality neighborhood across from the heated pool, spa and BBQ. This ground floor condominium unit has a golf course view of the 18 hole, Greg Nash designed, championship Superstition Springs Golf Course. Master Bedroom has a queen bed and second bedroom has a queen sized sofa sleeper. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living area is fully furnished including a full kitchen and dining area. Superstition Lakes is conveniently located with over 100 golf courses in the Phoenix area including 25 courses within a 20 minute drive. Over 40 restaurants, a 25 screen cinema, a 100+ store shopping mall, Wal-Mart, Starbucks and several grocery stores are all within a 5 minute drive. Popular Arizona tourist attractions including the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Tucson and the mountains and lakes are only a day trip away. Mexico is an easy drive to the south.

The condo was clean and the view gorgeous. The pool was heated and right across the street which was very convenient. Location was excellent; many family restaurants within walking distance. Close to freeway access. We really enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again without question.
