Phone, Cable TV, Video Game Console, Stereo, Foosball and Air Hockey Table. Fifteen minutes from Amicalola Falls, 45 minutes from the Dawsonville Outlet Stores, One hour from Atlanta and the Georgia Aquarium. Near River Rafting, Tubing and Canoeing on the Toccoa and Amicalola Rivers. Located in the secure Bent Tree gated community, you will have access to all of the amenities, including a Restaurant, Clubhouse, Library, 18 hole golf course, 2 Swimming pools, 6 Tennis courts, Horseback riding, 110 Acre Lake with a Beach, Fishing and Boating, Hiking trails and Wildlife galore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was very nice, comfortable and roomy. The view is just beautiful, very peaceful. We would definitely go back again!
