Newly renovated and furnished in February of 2006 this spacious luxury villa on the Marco Waterfront has a 'SouthWest' facing heated pool for 'all day' sunshine. With four bedrooms and two and one-half baths this home features a large living and family room with vaulted ceilings. In addition, a formal dining room and kitchen area are also available to help make your family vacation most enjoyable. Our home is located in the quiet River Section of Marco Island and sits on a large 'Direct Access' waterfront lot to the Gulf of Mexico. Featuring a large 15x30 foot screened in heated pool, cabana with bath, outdoor shower, and private lanai for sunning and dining, this home offers the perfect Holiday escape from the everyday stresses of life. There is also a sun deck & dock area. Ideally set up to accommodate all members of your family, with plenty of space and privacy for all. Come stay and relax in over 3,000 square feet of air conditioned comfort and enjoy a slice of Paradise.

We stayed in this home with another family. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the pool. We were a convenient distance from the beach and several grocery stores. It was a wonderful week.
