Photos and Description of this Dolcedo holiday house

The newly built house (4-6 persons) is located with 3 further houses 500 m apart from the village amid the green. It has 2 bedrooms each with double bed. Centre of the large, light flooded living area with integrated kitchen is a large olive wood table which invites to happy get-together. A bit secluded is a sofa bed. Villa Chiara offers all convenience. Naturally there is a washing machine, a dishwasher, a German coffee machine, digital TV, video recorder, private parking place at the house, central heating, sun lounges and so on. The three large terraces invite to live outside. You can chose whether you would rather sit in the green of olive trees and enjoy the flavour of the nearby Macchia or let ramble your view on the front terrace onto the medieval Dolcedo to the sea or you can enjoy the grandiose view to the foothills of the Sea Alps to Corsica on the attic terrace.

Dolcedo, the romantic, medieval village kept its origin structures completely. The thousand years old bridge as well as the hidden Kirchhof with its dreamy angles and alleys. Coeval you find a complete infra structure in Dolcedo. Different shops, bars, pizzerias, restaurants, a pharmacy and a bank ease the vacation everyday life. Villa Chiara is situated on a height and 1 km apart from the village. The unspoiled panorama location offers a breathtaking view above the roofs of Dolcedo to the sea. And directly behind the house start the olive terraces with multifaceted hiking facilities. To Imperia with its lively pedestrian area, shopping roads and numerous beaches there are 6 km. But also Nizza, Monte Carlo, Genua, San Remo and all the other famous venues of the Riveria are reachable within an hour.

Additional information about rental rates

  • For all additional charges, linen as well as the final cleaning we charge 60 € per booking. The charges for the central heating will be separately charged if the case may be. Your booking is effectual when you agreed via telephone or email, the announcement is signed faxed and the deposit within 5 days on our bank account.
  • All rates obtain occupancy of 4 persons. With an occupancy of more than 4 adults we charge 25 € per person and per week. With occupancy of 2 persons in the low season you get a discount of 10 percent. Please ask!
  • For pets we charge a unique surcharge of 20 €. Arrival on Saturday from 4 pm to 7 pm. Departure on Saturday until 10 am.

Wir wurden sogar persönlich von Stefanie betreut.Das Haus ist für Leute die gerne wandern und entdecken ideal, in kurzer Zeit ist man am Strand oder am Bahnhof und kann ohne Autostress tolle Städte besuchen.

Ich war schon 2 mal in diesem Haus und werde es in diesem Jahr wieder buchen.
Die exponierte Lage ermöglicht einen wunderbaren Blick auf das pittoreske Dolcedo und in das gesamte Prinotal.
Die Zimmer sind schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und der Pelletsofen hat uns gute Dienste im Novemner erwiesen. Das weiße Bad ist sehr schön und hygenisch!
Und 3 Terassen für jede Tagesszeit.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Imperia + Strandf gut und schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.
