Lovely family villa in a quiet community surrounded by orange and lemon groves. Superbly located, close to Disney and other theme parks, including Universal Studios and Sea World, and over 20 golf courses, including the prestigious world class Champions Gate. Living Room: The living room has a cathedral ceiling with ceiling fan, and is equipped with comfortable sofas, arm chairs, a computer station with free Internet access, DVD/VCR combo, and cable TV. There is also piped radio and a private intercom system throughout the house. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is located on the first floor, with queen size bed and en suite bathroom, writing desk with chair, 2 arm chairs, TV and alarm clock. Second Floor: The second floor comprises a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bedrooms with a full bed and a twin bed, two further bathrooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, nightstands, TV, writing desk and chair. Game Room: The garage has been converted to a game room

    A booking and damage deposit of $300 for the first week and $100 for each additional week secures the booking and the balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. One week after checkout date, the damage deposit will be sent back to Renter in case the property does not have any damages that lead to repair.

PlayStation 2 with many games is installed in one of the twin rooms on the second floor. Dining Room and Kitchen To the right of the entrance is the large dining room for 8 followed by the kitchen with a breakfast dinette for 4. To the left is the laundry room and the downstairs half bathroom. Directly in front of you is our large family / living room. Pool An upgraded, screen enclosed, pool next to a raised spa with underwater light for night swimming; large sun deck with pool furniture for your relaxation; and a covered lanai for some welcome shade. A gas barbecue grill is available on the sun deck for an additional fee of $50. This covers the gas and the cleaning charge. Smoking is permitted on the patio area. No smoking inside the house please. Game Room Two car garage is converted into a game room with air hockey, 8' pool table and ping-pong. Other The house has a utility room next to the garage with full size washer and dryer.

Great Vacation home for 7!

We just got back and were pleasantly surprised with how well this house worked out for us. It was clean and neat and everyone was happy. We were 4 adults and 3 children. Everyone got there own rooms and there was plenty of space for the baby to roam around. The pool, washer and dryer and game room were great extras. We did have a few minor appliance issues and called the management company. They came right away and took care of the issues! Having a full kitchen was great too. We were about 10 min from Disney and had no problems getting there! E-mail communication with the property owner was always great and fast. We would definitely use this house again! Thanks!

We loved staying in the house. It was nice for us to be able to go our own ways once we were home. There was plenty of room for us all. It was 3 separate families all of the children had their own rooms. Which they liked. So did we lol.. It was a very beautiful house we enjoyed the pool and just sitting around. The only thing is I wish there was more furniture in the living space. We seemed a littlw cramped but we just made the kids go to bed. That helped. It was a great week and we will be using this place in our future.

Instructions to make function the jacuzzi us missed. We unfortunately could not use it.

It was exactly like the photos on the internet. When we walked through the door, it was beautiful. There were approximately 9 of us and all were accommodated comfortably in the villa.

My vacation at this villa

We enjoyed our visit to Orlando and the stay at this magnificent villa. It was just right for me and my family (12). It was neatly clean, spacious and with a nice kitchen and lovely pool and jaccussi. Near Disney and Intern Drive. I really recommend this property for any family.
