    $300 up charge per week for holidays.
    Monthly rental (4 weeks) is three times weekly rate.
    $500 deposit per week to hold reservation. (converts to refundable security deposit when rent is paid)
    $300 non-refundable pet fee for dogs.
    Additional charges for Serenata Beach Club
    9% Sales Tax.

  • Hurricane Policy: This part of Florida historically has fewer hurricanes than almost anywhere else. However, if a mandatory evacuation order is issued during the rental period that would apply to our section of St. Johns County, we will refund ALL your rental fee for that week; unless order is issued for the day of your planned departure. If your rental period is longer than one week, this would apply only to the week it occurs or subsequent weeks if the house can not be occupied.

This is a lovely upscale club with wonderful dining and lots of children's activities - if it's a rainy day, or just too steamy to be on the beach, your family can head into the club for the day. The shower area has all the personal items you might need - razor, soap, shampoo. Please Google them to preview what they have to offer.

Activities: Minutes to hiking, golf, tennis, fishing, boating, sailing, moonlight cruise. Privileges to Serenata Beach Club, minutes from the beach house - pools, dining, gym facilities, kids activities.

This house is absolutely wonderful.  The owners have done a terrific job of making you feel welcome.  Everything you could possibly want is provided, including beach towels!  The layout of the home is perfect with a bathroom on each floor, everyone has their privacy.  We had a great vacation and plan to return next year.
