Ten miles from the town of Narbonne, the popular family seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage has 3 miles of clean sandy beaches, a marina and sailing school. It is an environment full of natural areas for visits. The seaside holiday-spot of Narbonne Plage is sheltered by the soaring cliffs of the La Clape massif which overlook the resort. There are a lot of events and a multitude of leisure activities for the entire family: water activities at the marina, also on offer are sea fishing, amusement park for the children, museums, discotheques and restaurants where the chefs prepare enticing dishes with local products of the land and sea. Free evening entertainments are laid on in summer. Narbonne Plage has the highest number of sunlight in France with more than 300 days of sun each day.
