He tastefully appointed our condos with beautiful lush landscape and greenbelts and situated the condos for maximum privacy and views. 3 heated pools and Jacuzzis are within walking distance. We had such a wonderful time at your condo ! We loved your decor and the location was just perfect! The patio was great for lounging around and the BBQ grill came in handy.

A good experience for our young family

Our family stayed in this condo last week, and we were very happy with our experience. We found this property very clean and nicely decorated. We felt like we were staying in someone's home. The owners are very good about communicating with us throughout the rental experience. I had some questions and concerns about traveling with small children, and the owners answered all of our questions promptly, and were very helpful overall. The pictures and description of the condo in the website are very accurate. The nearby pool was heated, which was important to us since we have two small children who were anxious to go swimming. In October, it is my understanding that the cool nights can really affect the pool water temperatures if the pool is not heated. I have friends who stayed in another condo with unheated pools, in October and were very unhappy with their experience.

The condo is located pretty close to downtown, several miles away - so it is important to have transportation. We were probably a mile away from the airport, which gave me pause when I realized the location of the condo. But in reality, it is not a super busy airport, and we rarely noticed the airplanes. The noise was not an issue, and the condo was very quiet. Actually, there were so few people, and it was so quiet in the complex, that we had the pool to ourselves everyday, and we were in the pool twice a day at least.

While in Palm Springs we also visited the Living Desert Zoo and the Children's Museum, which were both really worth taking the time to visit, especially for families with small children. The Living Desert Zoo had a new butterfly exhibit which the kids really enjoyed. It was our first visit to Palm Springs, and we plan to return again in the future when our children are a bit older. I would definitely return to this property, and would recommend it for others who are looking for comfortable place to stay.

Love, love, love the condo. It is hands down our family's favorite place to go for vacation. The condo is beautiful, comfortable and in the best location. We found a huge park within walking distance for the kids. Groceries, coffee, and restaurants all around the corner, so you don't have to get in your car. We loved the nice, clean pool area and grassy areas. The condo is beautifully decorated and so relaxing. So close to downtown (minutes), so you can try all the different breakfast and dinner places. A wonderful place to stay with or without kids. We hope to keep coming back.

We always have a great time in the desert. Our stay was especially pleasant at your condo - we loved the updated furniture and the patio was awesome! We read our morning paper on the patio with the fountain bubbling and a great mountain view. The pool was close enough to walk back and forth from the condo - so it was very easy to get a drink or a snack. The location was perfect! We were only a short drive to the downtown area and the other attractions around.

We saw the airplane museum and the Aerial Tram. We especially love the quietness and location.

Thanks again - we had a wonderful vacation!
