The holiday apartment is located in an elegant, peaceful residential complex in a townhouse style which was built around the large pool in the form of a half-circle. The spacious three-room corner apartment (about 55 m2) with a balcony on the 1st floor is separated as follows: living room with newly installed kitchen corner, large fridge and freezer, dining table with chairs, sofa bed for 2 people, TV, a/c. There is a large double bedroom, a small bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The balcony with a view of the pool is equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas.

The centre of Cavallino is located on the small peninsula between the northern lagoon of Venice and the upper Adria (aerial distance 1 km). With its 15 km long beach, it is Europe's largest "plein-air" complex with countless holiday apartment complexes. Cavallino offers comprehensive recreational offers for all tastes, for sport and culture lovers or for pure relaxation. Arrival: from Brenner take the exit Mestre towards Jesolo Lido, from Salzburg take the exit Noventa di Piave towards San Dona di Piave, Eraclea and Jesolo Lido. In Jesolo Lido, turn towards Cavallino Treporti. Visit Venice and the islands! The closest bus stop is about 250 m away with a connection to Jesolo Lido (about 3 km), and also to Punta Sabbioni (about 8 km) with a connection to the Traghetti (ship connection) to Venice and the islands. The bus and ship tickets cost about € 10.00 for round trip tickets.

Urlaub in geflegter Atmosphäre

Topappartment in einer 1-A Anlage. Das Appartment ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Urlauber ( vorwiegend Italiener ) in der Anlage sind sehr angenehm und erstaunlicherweise halten sich alle an die Regeln obwohl keiner aufpaßt. Die Anlage befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum gepflegten, nicht überlaufendem Strand. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Leider haben wir die Poolliege nicht finden können, aber wir haben sowieso nur die Liegen am Strand genutzt. Für uns war es ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub und wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal da.

die Wohnung ist praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Der Balkon geht wunderbar auf den Pool hinaus, womit man abends den beleuchteten Pool als Ausblick genießen kann und die Anlage ist überhaupt sehr gepflegt und sicher.
Ab von den Hauptstraßen ist es dort sehr ruhig und auch sonst ist die Anlage, da klein, sehr beruhigt.
Empfehlenswert, wenn man - auch mit Kindern ;-) - Erholung sucht und keinen Wert auf Animation und derlei Schnickschnack legt.
Beide Pools sind äußerst gepflegt und optimal, sowohl für Erwachsene, wie auch für Kinder.

Wenn ich jetzt schreibe, dass ich höchst Zufrieden war, wird es zwar stimmen, aber es besteht die Gefahr, dass es schon für nächstes Jahr besetzt ist. Und ich will unbedingt den Juli 2009 dort verbringen!!! Also andere Termine kann ich nur vom Herzen empfehlen!!!!
