This home built in 2003 on this private, gated island exudes with open spaces, bright sunlight, wood and tile floors, high ceilings and large bedrooms. Overlooking the Ocean Winds fairway lined with palms and old oaks, you can enjoy the breezes from the deck or screened porch. 4 large bedrooms offer accommodations for as many as 8 guests. Each bedroom has its own bath. The living room has a wood burning fireplace for cooler evenings in the off-season. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances. Wireless internet access throughout the home and from deck/porch. Computer, printer and fax-machine at your disposal. Multisystem TV/VCR, so you can bring your own favourite tapes. High chairs, games, toys and a library of books in English and German for children and adults are available for your enjoyment.

Notes to the rental rates

• All weekly rates include the cleaning fee. For rentals over 2 or more weeks, a weekly cleaning is included.
  A 10.5% South Carolina sales tax will be additive.
  
• In season rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday, longterm rentals available at attractive prices in the off-season.
  
• Our price includes access privileges to all club facilities on Seabrook Island, like Swimming Pools, Golf Club, Tennis & Racquet Club, Club-Restaurant, Recreational Pavilion with exercise room, child play programs and organized events. To gain access each guest will have to obtain an amenity card at the club offices, valid for your rental period. It will be linked to your credit card for any charges occurred when actually using the club facilities, e.g. green fees, tennis lessons and horseback riding as well as consumption in the restaurants on the island. The club no longer accepts cash for payment.

Outside of its gates, Seabrook's guests can charter small boats with fishing gear for local fishing trips or can go out for a day with a professional crew for deep sea fishing in the open ocean.

You have a passion for horses? Seabrook Island is famous as a unique place on the Eastern seaboard where you can ride a horse along the sandy beaches in the early morning hours.

Tennis

The Seabrook Island Racquet Club was recently ranked as a Top 25 Worldwide Tennis Resort by tennisresortsonline.com. More than a dozen clay courts are available and professionals will offer individual classes, group lessons for children and adults and organized tournaments.

Golf Information:

On Seabrook you have access to two champonship golf courses - Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds. A team of professional can help you improve your handicap in private lessons and the use of the driving range is free. The neighbour island of Kiawah provides 3 courses and was hosting the 2004 Ryders Cup of Nations on its couse bordering the ocean. The world's best golfers were playing here in May 2007 in the PGA Champoinship. In the larger Charleston vicinity you find numerous courses open to the public and many retail shops and outlets catering to the golfer.
