There is a 27' cable color television, DVD player, Stereo/CD Player & X-Box (with games) in the living room for your family to enjoy. We have a selection of DVDs on site and others can be rented from a nearby video store. There are also cards and games for you to use. The living room has a ceiling fan and sliding doors out to the covered lanai and large swimming pool.
The swimming pool is completely screened-in, backs to open space pretty green hedge for privacy, is lighted, and may be heated in cooler months for an additional charge. There are inner tubes and noodles for you to play with in the pool. Beach balls are in the storage bench. There are tables, chairs, chaise lounges and an umbrella outside. This is a wonderful place to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks. It's a perfect spot for a lovely outside meal.(no bugs!).
There is a Ping-Pong table in the two car garage for your use. Enjoy the POOL-SIDE PARTY BAR!

It may be folded up and pushed to the side if you wish to use the garage for your car. There is also fooseball and a dart board.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, garbage disposal, blender, George Forman grill, coffee maker, teapot and all the pots and pans and kitchen gadgets you will need.
There is also a full sized washer and dryer and iron and ironing board if you wish to do laundry while you are there. There is a drying rack in the garage for your use as well.
Every bedroom has a cable color television and a clock radio. The children's room has a TV/DVD combination.
The King Master Suite has a private entrance to the covered lanai and the Master Bathroom also has a private entrance to the pool area.
The Queen Master Suite is at the opposite end of the Villa for more privacy.
There are two telephones (one in the kitchen and one in the King Master bedroom)where guests can make free local calls.
Long distance and international calls may be made through the use of a pre-paid telephone card that can be purchased at any drug store, gas station or supermarket.
