This is an exclusive vacation home with a private pool and sea view, only 10 minute drive from white, fine sand beaches and from diverse shopping facilities. The house has a spacious living/dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast corner, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is brand new and designed in a Florida style. Altogether, there are 4 televisions (each with DVD), a stereo in the living room, complete kitchen equipment with dishwasher, oven, microwave, multiple electric devices, washing machine, dryer. Relax, wellness, experience the stunning weather by the pool or on the beach and enjoy the luxury of this vacation villa, this is really a vacation! The pool area has a separate whirlpool, the whole pool and patio area is covered with a net that keeps unwanted guests (mosquitoes) out.

The nearby Everglades are good for excursions or for a ride with a propeller boat through the marshes.

This is a lovely home in a very convenient location not far by car from the centre of Naples. The pool and jacuzzi were really lovely. It was worth the expense to pay for it to be heated in February otherwise it would have been too cold to use. Very restful to sit in the pool overlooking the lake. The house is very clean, well maintained and well equipped and the caretaker lives close by if needed. Would definitely recommend to friends and would like to come back next year. Only slightly negative thing, we thought the cost of cleaning was very high at $180 and was much higher than we have paid elsewhere. Otherwise an excellent holiday home in a delightful town.

Lovely house, great location

This is a very nice house in a lovely quiet development which is a short drive from Naples beaches and attractions. It enjoys a gorgeous lake view from the pool area. The hot tub is a perfect spot to relax!
All of the bedrooms has a TV and dvd player and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked with utensils etc.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Top-Lage

Waren schon oft in Florida, aber erstmals in diesem Haus. Können es unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Es ist sehr gepflegt und gemütlich eingerichtet; befindet sich in einer superruhigen Wohngegend und trotzdem äußerst verkehrsgünstig. Schnell erreichbar sind vielfältige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Centrum von Naples und der tolle Strand. Anreise sollte möglichst über den Flughafen Fort Myers erfolgen. Dieser ist nur ca. 50 km vom Haus entfernt. Besonders positiv ist die deutschsprachige Betreuung vor Ort. Haus entspricht in vollem Umfang der Darstellung im Internet. Wir haben dort einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht und werden schon bald wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus, super sauber. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Hausverwaltung hilft immer und ist in der Nähe.
Tolle, ruhige Lage, alles schnell erreichbar.

Die Beschreibung des Hauses passt 100%ig, alles war wirklich toll, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es gibt eine vorbereitete Informationsmappe im Haus, die uns sehr weitergeholften hat. Deutschsprachige Unterstützung vor Ort!
