Location is superb! The "Desert Ridge" vacation rental is super convenient to all the best places to see in Arizona. We did day trips to Sedona and Tucson, shopped at Kierland Commons and Fashion Square, and went golfing at 2 courses in Desert Ridge along with 3 other gorgeous courses. Then we went up in a hot air balloon where we soared up and down over the beautiful desert, seeing wildlife and mountains. Then we had breakfast in the desert! We also can't say enough about this beautiful villa. Just so gorgeous. We stayed out at the pool listening to the beautiful waterfall and having pina coladas! Our own luxurious resort! We adored the master with its king leather bed and a walk in closet I wished I could bring back home! This house is just a gem! We felt like we were the luckiest people to have found this rental. In fact, it's probably nicer than our home, and the weather certainly is better. The owners are super nice and left us a welcoming bottle of wine. The desert ridge vacation rental has a guest book with info on restaurants, activities, things to see, where to shop - we didn't have to look far to see what Arizona offers. I could go on and on, about the plush bathrobes, the HDTV, the kitchen with every appliance and gadget you could wish for. We just loved loved loved it! And the best news? It was way more affordable than if we'd rented a hotel room!!! That's right. We did the math and you should too. It costs far less to stay in this beautiful desert ridge rental than to stay at one of the many cookie cutter hotels (in a small room) in Arizona. So I guess this is affordable luxury at its best! We highly recommend the "desert ridge" vacation rental and compliment the owners on making their wonderful home so warm and inviting. We felt like we were "living the life!"
