Our house is quietly located in the Spadici settlement in Porec, which is Istria's most popular and most visited vacation region. The beach, shopping, and sports facilities are all about 500 m away. Our family lives in the house, and we speak good English and German. The comfortable vacation apartment has modern furnishings, and is well equipped with complete cooking utensils, crockery, a coffee machine, a toaster, and an electric kettle. The apartment includes a spacious balcony, satellite TV, a CD player, and a telephone with a direct outside line. The apartment has air-conditioning and a lockable parking spot in front of the house.

Meine Frau,meine beiden Jungs( 5 und 8 Jahre) und Ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sehr saubere,gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit allem drum und dran (TV,DVD etc... vor allem WLan) es war wie daheim, reinkommen, auspacken und wohlfühlen.Abends am Balkon die Ruhe beim Bierchen einfach geniessen.Die Gastgeber Tina und Drago sind einfach cool.Kurz geschrieben, wenn man nach Porec will dann nur "Villa Tina".Wenn wir wieder mal nach Porec fahren ist für uns klar dass wir zu Tina fahren.

Tina und Drago sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Viele gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Gut ausgestattete Appartements liegen angenehm ruhig und doch sind das Meer und die Altstadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt wohlgefühlt und können das Quartier bestens weiter empfehlen. Istrien hat uns mit seinen vielen Möglichkeiten gut gefallen, gerne kommen wir wieder.

Aus Münchner Sicht, können wir nur sagen, die 6 Stunden Fahrt zu Euch lohnen sich immer, Eure " Tina " App. 2 ist Super, der Weg zum Strand kurz und die neuerdings großartigen Grillpartys mit dem Grillmaster Drago sind in- zwischen Kult, aber das allerbesten, die istrianischen Wanderungen mit dem Chef, ein Wahnsinn, kurzum, Ihr werdet uns nicht mehr los, 1000- Dank Eure Gaby, Pia, roman und Mr. Testa Rossa

Urlaub seit 1991!!

der wohl dienstälteste Urlauber in der Villa-Tina kann diese nur wärmstems empfehlen. Die langjährige Treue zu Tina und Drago zeigt doch wohl die Güte der Wohnungen sowie die unkomplizierte Art der Betreuung in jeglicher Form durch Tina und Drago. In jedem Jahr ändert sich der Komfort oder das Ansehen der Wohnungen, oder des Hauses zum Vorteil. So lange es mir möglich sein wird, werde ich dort, in meiner zweiten Heimat, immer wieder meinen Urlaub verbringen.

Schöne Tage zum Jahreswechsel 2008/9

Wir haben 14 Tage in einer der o.a. Ferienwohnungen zugebracht und waren mit der Aufnahme bei der Familie und der Unterkunft selbst sehr zufrieden. Die Betreuung durch die Gastgeber war vorbildlich. Man hat uns über alle Besonderheiten und Schönheiten der Stadt und Umgebung aufgeklärt und uns auch die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Hinterlandes nahe gebracht.
Besonders hervorzuheben für deutsche Urlauber ist, dass sowohl der Gastgeber als auch seine Frau die deutsche Sprache nahezu perfekt beherrschen.
Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und mit allem versehen, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt.
Wichtig auch, dass man mehr als 20 FS-Kanäle in deutscher Sprache haben kann und auch eine Internetverbindung über Bluetooth kostenlos mitbenutzen kann.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Haus aus vollem Herzen weiterempfehlen.
Für Ruhesuchende Senioren ist die Zeit außerhalb der Saison sehr zu empfehlen.
