There is a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest room, and a sofa in the living room to accommodate an extra guest. The screened porch is accessible through the living room as well as through the kitchen with a clear view of the 7th fairway of the club's golf course. Heritage Springs Fairway Village is a 50+ active adult country club community with quiet, friendly neighbors.
