Luxury villa on the prestigious golfing community of Highlands Reserve. Free wireless broadband. Four bedrooms (One master en-suite, one double and two twin rooms), two bathrooms, lounge, dining area, kitchen, and double garage. Outdoor heated pool with a lanai (a covered area) with ceiling fan and pool-side furniture. Phone (free local calls), free wireless broadband, Xbox, DVD player, TV, CD, assorted games, tennis racquets to use at community tennis court. The development of Highlands Reserve is particularly pleasant, being well-kept, and located around the edge of a full 18-hole golf course. (There is a golf shop and professionals available for lessons if you are interested). The villa is superbly equipped to ensure a fantastic holiday of a lifetime in Sunny Florida. Ideally located for either a golfing vacation, or visiting Disney and the many other attractions Orlando has to offer. Even if you don't play golf you can enjoy a leisurely evening stroll around the course

The property is located on Highlands Reserve golf course on US Hwy 27, a couple of miles south of the intersection with the 192. Disney is less than 15 mins drive away. There are many other attractions in the Orlando area - Universal Studios, Sea World, Gatorland, WonderWorks and many many more. Regals Palms is 10 mins walk or less than 2 mins drive and features a club house where there is a bar and bar meals available. There is also a day spa where you can book various beauty treatments, massage and facials etc. There is a Publix local supermarket right by Regal Palms, and 10 mins drive away on Hwy 27 just north of the 192 junction there is a large WalMart. For golfers, the property is on the Highlands Reserve golf course. Plus there are over 150 other courses in the greater Orlando area! Highlands Reserve also features a community tennis court and community pool (though you'll more likely use the private pool at the villa).
