Great 7 bedroom(including bunk room), 4 bath house. The house sleeps 19 people comfortably. The Longue Vue neighborhood is gated and only 500 yards to Rosemary Beach Centre by side walk. The house is only 25 steps to the private beach walkover and situated on a corner lot for added privacy. On the third floor there are two master suites with king size beds, walk-in closets, private baths, and balconies with fantastic views of the gulf. On the main level there are two more bedrooms with queen beds, an additional bath, large kitchen with Corian counter tops, dining area and den. There is also a screened porch off of the dining area with great views of the gulf. On the lower level there are two additional bedrooms and the bunk room. One bedroom has twin beds and the other has a queen bed. The bunk room has two sets of bunk beds. There is an additional den with full size refrigerator, sink, and dining/game table on this level.

We are 1/2 mile from the awesome Camp Creek Golf Club, 7 miles from Seaside, 20 minutes from Panama City, 35 minutes from Destin. We have great restaurants, biking, jogging, fishing,....you name it 'Memory Maker' is a place to make memories!!!

  • On the 3rd floor the 2 Master Suites are incredible. One of the master bedrooms has a closet large enough for a full size crib... or easily a pack-n-play, we do have a changing table in the closet as well...it is basically, a mini nursery! The other master is very spacious, complete with a large, walk-in closet, an ice maker, wine cooler, and mini bar...which makes it a wonderful place to sit on the attached balcony and enjoy the incredible gulf views!!!! There are 2 queen bedrooms located on the 2nd floor-the main floor with the kitchen/dining room/den/porch. On the 1st floor there is the queen bedroom and the twin bedroom, a large second den, a mini kitchen complete with full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, sink- we even have a nice dining/game table!! Also on this level, we have our bunk room complete with 2 sets of bunks, sleeping 4. The bunk room does close off to the rooms on the 1st floor, but there is a staircase leading to the 2nd floor in this room.
