Amenities:: Beautifully furnished with all the comforts of home, including a 42 inch plasma TV 26 tv master, quiet back yard with patio furniture, full washer and dryer, and a two car garage.

Fully stocked with all necessities such as towels, sheets, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, silverware, blender, etc. The community has wonderful restaurants, two rec centers with exercise facilities, 4 pools (one indoor), 4 golf courses, bike trails, Pickle Ball, Softball teams, tennis, and activity center with classes. All activities (except for golf) included in rent for the house. Sun City Grand is near the spring training location for Texas Rangers and Kansas City Royals. Seattle Mariner stadium is a 20 minute drive. Also near by are shopping areas, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, Bingo, hiking trails, and a Casino. Beautiful Sedona is less than 100 mile drive, 3ish' hours to The Grand Canyon, 5 'ish' hours to Las Vegas, and 3 1/2 'ish' hours to Laughlin. Drive to Mexico in 3 hours.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. We found it to be an inviting home and everything was as described in the listing. The owner met us at the property and asked if everything was satisfactory and to contact him if anything was needed. We were well satisfied and would recommend this property to a friend.
