We are new owners of this mountain top condo since October 2005. We strive to serve your best needs by offering a clean, non-smoking and pet free place to stay at fair rates. We have thoroughly cleaned, washed and sparkled everything. New mattresses and linens all around. Your troubles will melt away gazing into the views over Gatlinburg and the surrounding mountains. Each colorful sunrise is picture perfect with hovering clouds in the valley below on every quiet morning. The location of this mountain top condo has easy access to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville for all your fun vacationing needs.

Condo details and amenities: This easy access 1st floor condo has 2 bedrooms Master - 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds. 2 full baths, fully furnished kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, ice maker, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and much more. The condo also has a private balcony, fireplace with supplied wood, large den, 2 TV's with VCR & DVD and HBO, and FREE wireless internet. Everything you need for a relaxing visit. Please no smoking and sorry no pets. The complex offers an outdoor and indoor pool with hot tubs, sauna, and washer/dryers. An outside grill and playground is also available to all guests.

Gatlinburg, fun activities to do: Gatlinburg offers unlimited shopping, Ripley's Aquarium, Believe it or not museum, fine and casual restaurants, Arts and Crafts made by the local mountain folk and much MUCH more. Visit Dollywood and Dolly Splash Country in nearby Sevierville. Along with many outlet shopping malls. Hiking, tubing, whitewater rafting, golfing, snow skiing and horseback riding all are found within a short distance to fully enjoy your stay. The Summit is located on Ski View Road overlooking Ski Mountain and Gatlinburg.

Safety and Directions to the condo: Please drive cautiously and please do not feed the wildlife in the park. Feeding bears, kills bears. Directions to The Summit, unit 7107 Traveling through Gatlinburg turn right at red light #10 onto Ski Mountain Road, travel up the hill and then turn right at the Chalet Village Sign. After a short distance, turn left onto Wiley Oakley Road, traveling more up hill and curvy driving past the green water tank, turn left onto Ski View Drive. The Summit will be a couple of miles on your right near the end of Ski View Drive. The winter months these roads are kept clear, but early morning commutes may cause some icy conditions.

What a wonderful retreat!

This owner went all out on amenities and everything you could think of or what you forgot to bring.
It was so clean and beautifully decorated! The owner was delightful to work with and our family had a wonderful stay there!
We recomend this condo to anyone wanting to stay in a beautiful condo in the Smokey Mountains.
One of the best restaurants in Pigeon Forge is the Old Mill Restaurant! and The Black Bear Jamboree was an awesome show for the entire family. Located at traffic light 1 in Pigeon Forge.
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great condo!!! My wife and I had a wonderful weekend here at this condo. The view from the deck is amazing. Its a great place to relax for the weekend. I go to Gatlinburg about 4 or 5 times a year and we have stayed in the same complex before. For the money you spend here you can't beat it. Plus the owner takes care of everything herself and makes everything simple and easy.

Very Reasonable

This condo was in a great location. You can access it without going all the way through Gatlinburg, and when you come down the hill, you are just a couple of miles away from the Sugarlands Visitor Center in the park.

You are also just a couple of stoplights from a great motor and hiking trail that starts at stoplight 8 in Gatlinburg. We did the Grotto falls, and it was great.

The condo is well-equipped, and with two small children, we ate every meal at the condo. It really saves a lot of hassle. We enjoyed both pools and both hot tubs, and would love to stay again.

Awesome condo, extremely clean with no odors from smoke or pets. Views were magnificent. Nicely decorated in nicely equipped condo facility with access to hot tubs and heated pools.

We were worried about driving up and down the mountain since we live in Florida but once we drove it, no problems at all! We were scared for nothing...even in rainy weather! When viewing the map owner sent originally, it looked very confusing, however, once we started up the mountain, her directions were extremely useful and clear. Thanks!

Very pleasant and amenable owner, we will definately visit here again! Would recommend to anyone.

Thanks again to owner for her wonderful hospitality and care during our stay.
