New Remodel!!! Newly installed tile throughout living, kitchen, and entry areas in Oct. 2007. Also, a brand new plasma model TV in living area in Dec. 2007. Five-story complex with 37 units, an elevator, and underground parking, this fourth floor 1220 sq. foot unit is conveniently located just steps from the south entrance of the beach. This two bedroom, two bath condo has been designed and decorated in the Tommy Bahama style. It offers the low-key atmosphere of the sunny south, has no steps, and offers a view of the private heated pool and tennis courts from the unit. A screened-in balcony/lanai accessible from both bedrooms and living room has a westerly view affording visitors a place to sip their morning coffee and relax after a day in the sun. Wireless internet access available. Monthly rental only.
