This romantic apartment is located in the beautiful old town of Alghero. There are two bedrooms, one living room with a kitchen corner and one bathroom with shower. Both bedrooms have a big double bed and a large cabinet. In the living room you have a very comfortable sofa convertible in large bed (2 people) for your relax. The apartment is completely equipped with bedding, towels, washing machine, fridge & freezer, TV und a save. The beach is very close (400m) and you can go on the sandy beaches by walk. Because of the very central location it is in a vivacious area of Alghero with a lot of good restaurants and shops. Is the perfect starting point for artistic/historic excursions or a look at the nightlife.

Alghero Punta Negra beach is the most characteristic tourist resort on the Coral Riviera, a littoral made up of solitary creeks, of small bays with white sandy beaches all crowned by thick forests and high cliffs which tower over an emerald-green sea. The mild climate, the crystal-clear water, the delicate scents of the Mediterranean vegetation invite the tourist to spend a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The historical centre is one of the most interesting in Sardinia: its origins can be traced back to about 1300. The imposing town walls, the refined historical palaces, the old churches - together with the dialect and the local traditions - are all remainders of the Catalan civilization. A visit to the old town can start from the harbour, dominated by the Maddalena Tower and the eponymous bastion. It is through the Porta a Mare that you can get directly into the heart of the town, namely the Piazza Civica (Main Square).

haben einen wunderschönen urlaub in alghero verbracht. die ferienwohnung lag wunderbar zentral.
sie war sauber und gepflegt. töpfe und pfannen müßten eventuell mal ausgetauscht werden.
die nähe zur fußgängerzone ist ideal für nachtschwärmer.
wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden- bis auf etwas Laerm von der Fussgaengerzone und Entfernung vom Strand. Wir moechten gerne noch mal unser Urlaub in diesem Objekt verbringen.

Diese Wohnung in der Via Roma ist für einen erholsamen Urlaub nicht zu empfehlen; die enge Strasse wirft den Lärm der durchziehenden Touristen bis nachts in die Wohnung; entweder kann man nicht lüften oder nicht schlafen. Die Ausstattung ist sauber, aber z,B. die Küchenausstattung auf ein Minimum beschränkt. Was nutzen 10 Teller eines Kaffeegeschirrs wenn nur zwei winzige Gläser vorhanden sind (womoglich ehemals Senftöpfchen. Es gibt keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit, jedenfalls ist die Schlafcouch in der Wohnküche nicht dazu zu zählen. Wenn mittags die Touris Pause machen dröhnt aus dem gegenüberliegenden Haus der Fernseher - stundenlang. Also: Alghero immer wieder, Via Roma nein!!!
