Gorgeous waterfront home on Clear Lake offers 3 Bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fireplace and all of the conveniences of home. Clear Lake is an 200 acre all-sports lake which as its name suggests, is crystal clear. The lake is up to 50' deep, has 3 islands and a sandy beach. It is great for fishing, swimming, water skiing, as well as ice skating in the Winter. Clear Lake is a small, very friendly community. The property is within walking distance to 2 restaurants/bar and a convenience store. Also within a few miles are championship golf courses, hunting, 100's of miles of manicured snowmobile and ATV trails, wonderful cross-country skiing, horseback riding. Available within a short drive is canoeing/kayaking on the Rifle River or AuSable Rive. In the town of West Branch you will find fine dining, a cinema, outlet mall shopping and much more! West Branch is the host of several annual festivals which draw crowds from around the nation.

Wonderful lake vacation

My family rented this home in July, 2009 & all would highly recommend it. Great location on a canal off the lake, lake access without all the noise. Fully equipped with anything we needed and plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 kids & 2 dogs. Beautiful all sports lake with a great sand bar to anchor & swim at. Local area was great, we especially enjoyed the Clear Lake Bar for pizza!

This property is clean, and well equipped. My wife and I recommend it. The owners are nice people to deal with. We had a great week. The cottage is located on a small river off the main lake, so you are away from the noise of the jet skis and other power craft. We enjoyed fishing in the lake. very restful.
