This is a great summer vacation home and a perfect house for the winter months. Located on the lakeside of Hwy 95 it is close to town and close to the water/launch ramp. Huge 5 car boat deep air conditioned garage, R.V. parking to the rear of property. House has a great kitchen fully equipped with all the amenities, tile floors, Corian counter tops. There is a rooftop balcony that overlooks the lake and surrounding mountains. Brand NEW Pool will be completed Jan 31, 2007

This was my first experience renting a house in Lake Havasu and my guest and I all enjoyed it. It was great to come to a house and relax in a private atmosphere after a long day on the lake and we especially liked being able to just jump in the pool and relax.
Chris was great from the beginning to the end and allowed me to check in before the designated time which I really appreciated. The clean and well maintained house was sufficient for a group of 10 and plenty of parking for two big trucks and two boats on the street. The way the house is situated gives the appearance of seclusion which provides you with the extra sense of privacy which was great.
I will definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for privacy, sometime to relax and will call Chris for future visits in beautiful Lake Havasu.

The house was extremely comfortable. Kitchen was very well equiped and easy to work in, even with a lot of cooks. There was plenty of space for everyone and no one felt crowded. Owner was wonderful to work with. We had a fantastic time in Lake Havasu.
