This spacious one bedroom cottage, a perfect getaway for two people, has just been completely renovated and updated with new appliances. The large living room has cathedral beamed ceilings. A full size kitchen with tiled counters overlooks the living room. The bedroom features a king-size bed. There is also a large walk-in shower. It has a front enclosed porch with views of the beach and just a short 40 seconds walk to the entrance of the beach. In front of the cottage you will find a sitting area with umbrella to enjoy during those times when not at the beach. The cottage is in an outstanding location on Clearwater Beach. It's located on the North end and yet conveniently close to wonderful restaurants, shopping and marina, all within walking distance. Pier 60 is a 10 minute beach walk away. People gather here just before sun goes down and celebrate this magnificent event. A must place to enjoy music, street performers and crafts for that souvenir to take back home.

Exactly what we were looking for. Very private, quiet neighborhood steps from the beach. Immaculate one bedroom with all new appliances. Sparkling clean! Central to many beaches and state parks. Outstanding customer service. Simple and sweet. Highly recommended. We will come back! Perhaps with our families!

Am just back from two weeks in this cottage and had a fantastic time. The cottage is perfect for a relaxing break and is everything it says it is. It's so close to the beach and there are shops and restaurants in walking distance. I was there on my own and found everyone really friendly and felt very safe. And the owners think of everything from providing beach chairs to filling the ice trays for arrival. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful Time

The cottage was everything as advertised, very neet , clean and well maintained. Close to the beach and the city. We walked everywhere. The only time we did use our car was to travel to Johns Pass, but could have easily used the bus. Angle and his wife were very friendy and easy to talk to. Will be coming back.

Fantastic cottage, seconds from beach

My wife and I got married nearby and travelled over from England. Angel was very accommodating and easy to deal with. House was in perfect location and very clean with everything you would need. Will definitely look to stay here again when we return to area.
