The vacation property 'La Jara' is situated between Chipiona and Sanlucar de Barrameda in the calm urbanisation 'Huerta Barello' just 5 minutes away from the long sandy beach. The house is comfortably furnished in Andalusia style and has a well kept garden (ca.2000m²) with a large lawn and a newly built pool. There are 3 bedrooms (1 double ,2 twins), 2 bathrooms, living/dining room with a fireplace and eating and seating for 6 people, TV/SAT with all German an many English Free-TV channels, CD Stereo, and a well equipped modern kitchen with washing machine/ freezer/ fridge/ 4 ring ceramic stove top, microwave, dishwasher etc.. The terrace is quite big with barbecue, 7 garden chairs and sunblind. Private parking for several cars. There are heating appliances in all bedrooms and in the 2 bathrooms.

Sanlucar de Barrameda is a very beautiful town which offers many attractions to the visitor not only the famous horse race on the beach in August which takes place since 1845.You can stroll through the historic center of the town with its inviting stores, famous bodegas and Tapas-Bars. Walk up to the 'Barrio Alto' discovering the historic churches and monasteries and down through winding narrow alleys to the Plaza Cabilda which is the heart of this town. Various bars and restaurants invite the visitor and offer best culinary speciality to moderate prices. Walking on the long sandy beach or just sitting in one of these nice beach-bars taking a drink while the sun goes down over the National Park 'Coto de Doñana' is an unforgettable impression. There are further shopping and sightseeing possibilities in Jerez de la Frontera (Sherry Bodegas), in the historic town of Cadiz, Puerto de Santa Maria (Osborne Bodegas) or in the fantastic city of Sevilla.
