This large lake front efficiency is located on Lake Tarpon. There is 260-feet on the water including access to a dock. It has cedar ceilings and a large bay window in the living/dining room area. The unit is equipped with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, television, VCR, stereo. Central Air Conditioning & Heat Pump for unit. There is no stove or phone.
