Amenities: Entire condo complex is brand new and just recently placed on the rental market. Our condo has a fully equipped kitchen with entertaining/breakfast bar. Sunny bathroom with tile floors and bathtub/shower. Bedroom has queen size bed, night-stands, dresser w/ vanity, and large closet. Dining area has round glass-top table and chairs. Entertaining living room features television with DVD & VHS players, plush chairs and couch, and a wall of windows with a sliding door leading to a private raised patio with table and chairs.

Fabulous pool area is shared by only nine units and boasts a sparkling swimming pool surrounded by lounge chairs, drenched in sunlight and commanding views of Lemon Bay. Stretching out into Lemon Bay is a docking system with water/electricity and large enough to handle ten boats. You can fish from the dock, bring your own boat with you on vacation or rent one just down the road - either way there is everything you need to store your boat while staying at Sea Oats on the Bay. Being across the street from the Gulf means you have miles of sandy beaches to explore, picking up sea-shells and working on your tan. Within a few minute walk are public beaches, restaurants, shops, and night-life.

Sarasota and it's famous Saint Armand's Circle boutique shopping area is 1/2 hr. away and provides all the arts, museums, restaurants and tourist attractions you could possibly want.
