LAST MINUTE (less than 7 days prior to arrival) RESERVATIONS WILL BE DISCOUNTED EMAIL FOR AVAILABILITY This special place is our 2nd home. Our primary residence is on the island of Maui. With our extended families living in Iowa (a long trip for us) we found that having a 1/2 way place facilitates more frequent visits from both directions. Therefore, our Las Vegas home is considered the gathering place for our family and it's so much more than just a rental. Our home is stocked with everything we could think of for your enjoyment. It is located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood, with lots of privacy inside the house as well as in the backyard. The fireplace in the living room creates the coziest of evenings with a glass of wine, a great book, a movie or nice conversation. The sparkling pool is perfect for swimming in May-October. If needed, we can prearrange to have the pool heated in the cooler months at an additional charge per day.

Our home is located in Henderson just off the 215 beltway, 5 miles from the strip, 4 miles from the airport and about 1/2 mile from Green Valley Ranch and Casino which offers great restaurants, the famous Whiskey Bar, as well as 'The District' featuring over 40 fine shops, boutiques, and restaurants (PF Chang's, Cheesecake Factory, Lucille's BBQ to name a few). 8 fabulous golf courses are within minutes from the house. Black Mountain Golf & Country Club DragonRidge Golf & Country Club The Legacy Golf Club Reflection Bay Golf Club The Revere at Anthem Tuscany Golf Course Rio Secco Golf Club Wildhorse Golf Club Green Valley Ranch to the Las Vegas Strip is about 10 minutes, but you might not want to leave, everything you need is already here just steps from your door. Amenities: Big screen plasma TV in the living room with surround sound stereo system and DVD.

Fireplace in the living room. Well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has it's own 20' TV with cable and DVD. Master Bedroom and 2nd bedroom have King beds 3rd Bedroom has a queen bed. Additional Queen Aerobed (raised) will accommodate additional sleepers if needed. All linens, towels, cookware, tableware etc. provided in your rental. The house is stocked with soap and paper products for your arrival at no additional charge. Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $50/day. Like a HOME...not a rental.

The house was beautiful, well maintained and well stocked. The kids definitely loved the pool. The house was very centrally located for our trip and in a nice, safe neighborhood, yet just a short drive from the strip. This was a fabulous home and a fabulous experience! We loved our time here and would come back again in a second!

This beautiful home had everything we could ask for, plenty of space, great pool, and close to everything. The internet access was a major bonus and allowed us to email pictures home while we were still there. I can't say enough about how easy it was to work with Kelly and confirm all of the details for the rental. She also left names and numbers for us just in case we needed someone local while we were there. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone going to the Las Vegas area - it really is a jewel!

This is a beautiful home located in a very nice neighborhood. We really loved the pool and spent part of everyday relaxing on the deck. We were within minutes of all the things that we wanted, golf, the Strip, and wonderful restaurants and shopping. It was so much more relaxing and intimate to be away from the strip. We will definetly be returning. We went with 2 other couples and had the time of our life...everyone is asking "when are we going back?" Everything was extremely clean and well cared for.

This home is the nicest rental we have ever had the good fortune to find. We rent many homes all over the country....this one...by far is the best.

Kelly was great. Everything she said was spot on!
Close to everything.

The home is maintained in excellent loving care.
Very clean. Loved the decor.
We will be back again and again.
