The house is located in a villa settlement about 800m above Praia da Luz. From the living room and from the 20m² south-facing balcony you can enjoy the stunning panorama view of the sea and from the kitchen you can have a view of Espiche and the mountains of Monchique. The house has the typical architecture of southern Portugal and has 1 living/dining room with an open fireplace, a modern kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one is en suite. SAT TV, with almost all German television and radio programs, a modern stereo system with CD player and a safe for your valuables belong to the fixed equipment. Directly in front of the partially covered terrace you will find the 8x4m pool. Lawns, a shady palm tree and oleander bushes round off the 300 m² garden property. Under the carport by the house you will find a shady space for your car.
