Additional information about rental rates

  • From $3,100 per month including all taxes.
  • Exit/cleaning fees are included in the rental amount. All Florida state and local taxes are included in the rental amount.
    Fees required to be paid by certified check or cashier check. Credit cards accepted but subject to 5% surcharge.
    There is a $450 deposit required to secure the reservation. Full payment must be received 60 days prior to arrival.
    Standard rental period is 28 days and runs from 4:00pm Saturday to 11:00pm on the end of period Saturday. Deposits are returned minus a $50 service charge for cancellations before 60 days of the arrival date. Cancellations between the 60 days and the arrival date will not cause the rental payment to be returned unless the unit can be rented. The full payment will be refunded less a $100 service charge if the unit is rented for the equivalent rental period that the initial rental payment covered.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed, mirrored bureau, end tables, TV/VCR and walk-in closet. There is an electric keyboard for your use. The high speed Internet connection is located at the computer desk which has it's own chair. The desk is large enough to handle your laptop as well as your printer. All linens, towels, sheets, blankets etc. are supplied for your convenience.

The large second bedroom has a separate entrance, 2 queen beds, TV and a mini-kitchen with micro-wave and coffee maker. It has it's own bath with tub and shower. PGA Village is a community that surrounds the only PGA owned and operated golf facility that is open to the general public. The world famous PGA learning center as well as the PGA Hall of Fame is located within the village. Golf Digest recently awarded 4.5 out of 5 stars to the 3 PGA operated golf course surrounding the village as one of the Top 100 places to play in America.

For the family there is a large walk-in pool complete with jaccuzi which has it's own restrooms. There are an abundance of tables, chairs and umbrellas that surround this large beautifully landscaped pool complex. For the little guys there is a playground attached to the pool area. Located directly off exit #121 of route 95 it is 45 minutes north of Palm Beach International Airport. There are numerous restaurants, movie theaters and major shopping chains within minutes of PGA Village. The New York Met's spring training complex 'Tradition Field' is within 5 minutes of the condo.
