Queen sofa bed in living room. Over 650 square feet! Why rent a hotel room when you can get a wonderful condo for the same price. Conveniently located to three world class ski resorts rated #1, #5, and #14 by Ski Magazine. Only minutes to the Canyons and Olympic Park, 10 minutes to Park City Resort and Old Town, 15 minutes to Deer Valley, and about a 45 to 60 minute drive to Snowbird, Alta, Snowbasin, and Powder Mountain. Less than a mile to large 24 hour Smith’s grocery, great restaurants, huge new Tanger outlet shopping center with 60 stores and the new gorgeous Redstone outdoor shopping mall with 8 movie screen theatre complex, Wild Oats Grocery and great restaurants (Red Rock Brewery is our favorite!). ACTIVITIES:: Bus stops in front of our resort complex and goes to Canyons, Park City, and shopping areas. Main Street in Old Town offers many art galleries, restaurants, and shops in a quaint mining town atmosphere. Spring, Summer, Fall activities include golf at two nearby courses - Park City Municipal course and Mountain Dell, on site tennis courts, on site volleyball, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, boating, river rafting, horseback riding, ballooning, train ride, art festival, balloon festival, food & wine festival, music festival. Quality mountain bike rentals and guided tours available in Park city from White Pine Touring Center. They also rent cross country ski equipment.

SPECIAL AMENITIES:: Our condo has many extras not available in other units including new decorator furnishings, views from living room and bedroom, new California King Bed with down pillows and special foam mattress pad, Gas Fireplace, cable TV in BOTH living room and in bedroom, DVD, VCR, stereo with CD player and mp3 player, DSL and wireless High Speed Internet, Washer/Dryer in condo, walk in closet, personal secure ski & luggage storage room, ironing board and iron, board games. This rental was true to it's description. Beautifully re-decorated. Nicely equipped with the amenities needed. Right next to lots of restaurants and shopping and nice walking paths right outside the door and easy access to all the things that Park City offers.

Unit is much smaller than it looks in the pictures so beware if you have more than 3-4 people. Access to bathroom is in bedroom. The windows and patio face the highway so it's a pretty loud if you like to keep windows open.

I would definitely recommend this unit to others. It provided a great, comfortable, classy getaway. It was a last minute getaway for us and the owner responded right away to our online inquiry and got us set up 2 days before we wanted to rent it.
Owner's Response: We are very pleased with this review, and we want to remind readers, that at 650 sq ft, it is larger than the average one bedroom condo. However it is not for groups larger than 4.

We had a wonderful time. It is a clean and comfortable unit with beautiful walking trails and views of the mountains. A more secluded feel for a relaxing trip!

I rented this condo for about 2 months in the spring during my move to the area. The condo has new furniture, a comfortable bed, a huge walk-in closet, wi-fi and a washer and dryer. It is close to I-80 in case you want to ski Alta, Snowbird etc. It is about 3 miles from The Canyons and close
to the outlet mall. It is also on the Park City bus route. It also has cable T.V. with a set in both the living room and the bedroom. Having the washer and dryer is a really big plus if you come in for a week or more, as you do not have to bring so many clothes with you.
